HOW MUCH DOES A WEDDING ACTUALLY COST?

Every wedding and couple is different! No two weddings are alike, just as no two couples are alike, nor are two wedding budgets alike. We encourage our clients to come up with an overall amount they feel is reasonable to spend on their wedding - a place where their comfort zone, financially, remains intact. We work from that number to create and design a wedding that is perfect for them.

WHY SHOULD WE HIRE AN EVENT PLANNER?

The most amazing part of hiring an Event Planner is the idea of truly experiencing your wedding day with the most important person in the world. Weddings are typically known for two things, "the most magically day ever" or "the most chaotic". However, we you hire and experienced wedding planning professional you can share in the blissfulness of happiness with friends, family & guests without worrying about the details. This allows you to have the peace of mind that everything will run smoothly and watch your vision come to life. 

HOW SOON SHOULD I BEGIN MY GUEST LIST? 

IMMEDIATELY! The number of guests your plan for at your wedding affects everything you do while planning. Wedding guests will come from all aspects and times of your life. You and your future spouse should create your own lists that will be combined into one at the end. Take notes on the number of people associated with each name, including spouses, significant others, and children (if you are considering a child-friendly affair).If appropriate, have your parents also prepare a list to avoid last-minute invitation requests. 

HOW EARLY SHOULD WE START PLANNING?

Wedding Planning should began 9-12 months prior to the wedding date. It's typically not a good idea to wait until the last minute as this will often cause unwanted stress and overwhelmed feelings. However, you also don’t want to plan for too long as it often time can leave you second guesting the decisions that initially made you happy. I would recommend hiring your wedding coordinator within a month of the proposal, to provide immediate direction on the initial steps in the planning process. 

WHAT TYPE OF PACKAGES DO YOU OFFER?

We offer 3 packages depending on what services are synced with the desires of our couples. We have our Rose Pedal, which is our ‘month of’ package. We have our Wedding Dress , which is a mid-level package. And we have our Chandelier Package, which is our full service package. We also customize packages to meet the specific needs.

DO YOU OFFER SERVICES OTHER THAN PLANNING?

Of course, we are a Full Service Event Planning and Design Company. We offer Design and Decor services. We assist in the selection of linen, florals, lighting, colors, centerpieces, stationary, and so much more. We also, offer 3D floor plans and sites visits of every venue we design!
